Honda has launched the third generation Jazz
in India to re enter the premium hatchback segment in the country. The new
Honda Jazz comes with the car’s synonymous practicality in terms of class
leading interior space. Like the earlier model, the new Jazz also comes loaded
with equipment and has a premium cabin in terms of layout, fit and finish.
Learning from the past India Jazz experience, Honda this time around has priced
the Jazz more competitively with ex-showroom Delhi prices ranging between Rs.
5.30 lakh to Rs. 8.59 lakh.

The petrol fueled Honda Jazz is powered by
the company’s 1.2 litre i-VTEC petrol engine that develops 83PS of max power
and 115Nm of peak torque. Gearbox options include a 5-speed manual unit and a
CVT autobox. The manual petrol Jazz has an ARAI efficiency rating of 18.6 km/l
while the petrol is rated at 19 km/l. The diesel powered Jazz has a 1.5 litre
i-DTEC diesel engine that develops 100PS of max power and 200Nm of peak torque.
